A hearing on the Motion to Decertify the Class is scheduled for December 7 at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Andrea R. Wood of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Court Room 2141. Class members who wish to be present at that hearing are welcome to attend and be heard.
